Book Haul: Books I got in May (2018)

In the month of May, I purchased a lot of books. I was on a low budget but still managed to get more books. I went to BooksByWeight in Worli, Mumbai and some I got from Flipkart sale. Below is the list of books which I got from Flipkart sale: 1. Underground Railroad by Colson Whitehead This book has won many awards and it has very good ratings. This is set up during the slavery period in America. This is a story about a slave girl named Cora and her journey towards freedom. Cora is a slave since her birth in one of the plantations in Georgia. She and her friend Caesar escapes from the plantation to reach Underground Railroad which will take them far from South. Cora faces a lot of hardships during the journey and also she is being hunted by slave catcher named Ridgeway. I already read this book and I enjoyed it.
